- Redistribution of the graphics is allowed, with explicit permission from Kynx and a link back to Kynxtasy.
- Watermarks/credits are not to be removed or altered.

- If you have commissioned work from Kynx, you are free to use the work however you like, as long as you credit Kynx in some way.

- No direct linking to any of the files.
- Redistribution of scanlations by YAOIness on livejournal communities or forums/message boards is allowed, with credits to YAOIness and a link back to Kynxtasy.
- When sharing YAOIness scanlations, the credits page must be included and left intact.
- Redistribution of scanlations by YAOIness on all other types of websites without permission is prohibited.
